Private residence - atrium house
Gorky 2, Moscow environs
A private contractor commissioned the construction of an atrium designed according to client specifications. The structure’s design lends itself to a secluded lifestyle, providing the owner residents with both security and privacy.
The architecture reflects this ambience with a primarily hard outer shell rendered in stone and a courtyard panelled in wood.
Renovation specifications and a succession plan were developed for each room. In its full complexity, planning covered every aspect of the final structure ranging from the overall plan to the interior and furnishing concept.
