RICOH Switzerland Ltd

Various rental units were evaluated and analyzed before selecting the location for a Swiss headquarters. RICOH secured over 4,000 m2 of office space in the Handelszentrum [commercial centre] Wallisellen. The existing tenant finishings had to be adapted, to some extent dismantled or improved, and adapted to current standards. A showroom was built in addition to offices, call centres and meeting rooms.
